A Brief Review of Aging from Part I

Many of the age related changes of the body take place slowly over a long period of time.  What we eventually notice may be the result of a long process rather than a sudden change.

Often, because it is so gradual, we develop habits to compensate for these changes.  The change then may seem “sudden” because the tricks we have used no longer work.
