1. Order classes - we have nearly 200 STARS-approved courses to choose from, including the initial DEL required 30 hour Basics courses.  Place your order and the classes will be added to your account so you can begin right away (no waiting for enrollment).

2. Take your classes - since there are no books required, simply take you class at your convenience, on any device. Classes do not expire so you can take them whenever you need!

3. Get your certificate - once you complete your course, your certificate of completion will be available in your account immediately.

And, your completed classes remain in your account for you to review at any time for free. We'll also report your completed classes to Merit so you can get credit for your hours and apply for reimbursement whenever you're ready.
