CAN MY CDA TRAINING HOURS MEET MY STATE'S ANNUAL IN-SERVICE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS?

Earning your Child Development Associate® (CDA) Credentials can be a time-consuming process, albeit a very worthwhile endeavor!  One of the requirements includes completing 120 hours of early childhood education training.

Most states require childcare providers to complete a specific number of hours of professional development training each year or every two years. In many states, you can apply the hours you have completed toward your CDA to fulfill your annual licensing requirements.

Check out our state pages to see if SafeGard Classes Online courses are approved for your state or just click on the dropdown state menu on our child care training page to see the classes approved for your state.
