Learning Objectives
After completing this class, the student will be able to:
- Describe in your own words your 'introduction to habits': what is a habit, why are they important, how are they formed?
- List several learned skills we call habits.
- Define a life skill/habit that you wish to focus on in your program over the next few weeks.
- Describe your plan for instilling this habit in your children.
