After completing this class, the student will be able to:

  • design a creative project for one of the 5 areas that promote creativity
  • apply the general methods for promoting creativity with a creative project
  • describe an age-appropriate play activity that promotes creativity

 

Introduction

In this class we will learn how to arrange the environment and provide materials to encourage exploration and experimentation by offering a variety of activities and interactions with children in order to en-courage their creative participation and expression.
