SG Classes Online is committed to providing resources, guidance and services to childcare providers, teachers, parents, families, small businesses and communities during this COVID-19 pandemic.  We are updating our resources pages as soon as new information in available.

To comply with the social distancing restrictions, all staff is working remotely but we are available by email, phone or Live Chat on our website.  Please contact us if there is anything we can do to help.

Self-care has never been as important as it is right now.  If you are feeling stressed, be sure to take care of yourself.  Try some of these activities:

  • Get enough sleep
  • Eating health food
  • Call a friend

  • Help others, volunteer

Many streaming services are offering free or low-cost access to movies, plays, shows, courses and many other things to both entertained and keep us feeling less isolated.  Take advantage of technology to virtually interact with  to the ones we love: FaceTime, Zoom, Skpe and other services can help us stay connect to our families and community.
